About
Colleen is a recent graduate of Point Park University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Cinema Production. Located in the Pittsburgh area, Colleen has primarily focused on directing short films and documentaries allowing her to oversee and interact with the multiple departments of filmmaking. Her most recent narrative short, Trial 25, premiered on December 13th, 2019 at the GRW Theater in Downtown Pittsburgh. Most recently, Colleen has been directing Music Videos for Independent Artists and Pioneer Records Recording. Additionally, Colleen received the Amy Lamb Scholarship from Women in Film and Media, Pittsburgh in April 2019. Utilizing the diligence, collaboration, and leadership skills she has developed over her multiple years in the film and service industry, she has most recently engaged in the sales and operational process of commercial production. Colleen is comfortable in the fast paced, demanding environment of filmmaking. Employing knowledge in production, originality, and leadership Colleen creates unique and original narrative and documentary films.

Portrait Photography
When capturing portraits, my main goal is to make my models feel beautiful and proud of who they are. To be blunt, many people are very critical of themselves in photos, so I am here to change that. There is nothing better than watching clients gain confidence because of photos I have taken of them. I have struggled with body image issues myself. Consequently, I do whatever it takes to give my clients confidence in their photos because I understand what it is like to be on the other side of the camera. My mission is to have my clients exude positivity that will transfer to their daily lives.
Video Production
I believe that video art is very powerful. I am constantly fascinated by how films have the ability to open minds and inspire people. I specifically enjoy documentary style video production. When executed correctly, this style of video work serves many purposes including producing commercial, creative, and educational projects. I currently make short form freelance documentaries. Overall, my goal is to eventually create projects that will spark some sort of societal change, hopefully making the world a better place.
